It was a free estimate.  He was very nice and very professional.  He answered my questions.  He came up with solutions for problems that I saw in a project I wanted done.  He just came out and we talked.  He did the estimate.  I would probably use him again in the future.

Based on my experience, I can say without hesitation that Cottage Industries is committed to excellence in craftsmanship and customer service. They were on time and on budget. They have great insight into solving design problems that arise during the course of the project. The attitude and professionalism of their staff (Russ was the project manager) and subcontractors is outstanding. They are good communicators, responsive to concerns, and produce a great product.
