I am thrilled with the service we received from Carpet Concepts. From scheduling, to punctuality, to cleaning. The two brothers (Andy and Chris), performed a true feat to clean filthy carpet. We thought are carpet would have to be replaced, however they came out for an estimate and told us, that they thought it was salvageable by cleaning only. We went with them and we are, so excited to see our old carpet renewed. It is a lot cheaper to clean versus replace, especially when you have young kids and a dog. I visited their retail store, also ran by the family and found them to have excellent service and product. I am so happy my friend suggested, I call Carpet Concepts.
