They're really expensive for what they do and they have a tendency to set a high pressure sale on items you don't need.

The employees were prompt and very courteous. They explained the process and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. The scheduler (Dee) was also very friendly. Great job! Will definitely be using again.

The team was prompt and completed the job in about 45 minutes.  The rep gave me an estimate for my basement for a future date.

The carpets had been abused by prior tenants. They removed many of the stains and noted all defects and imperfections in the carpeting for future reference. Work was done quickly and well.

The guys that came to our home were great. They introduced themselves upon arrival, gave a detailed explanation of what they would do, then went to work immediately. We couldn't be happier.

. My call was answered promptly and courteously by Dee. She went through all the pricing over the phone and included all applicable discounts. She set me up with the earliest available appointment and gave a detailed description of the service that would be provided. This morning Dee called again (as promised) to inform me that the crew was on their way, which put them right on time....A HUGE plus in my book! John and Justin (I hope I got their names right) showed up, and introduced themselves. They again went through every possible detail about what they were going to do, and how they would it. I'm a detail oriented individual, so I appreciated this very much. They went to work immediately, and did a fantastic job. When they were wrapping the job up, Justin asked if I had any questions or concerns. I couldn't have had a better experience. These guys are true professionals, and a credit to their company!

They came on time, were courteous, and they did what I expected. They did a nice job.

I was very pleased that they were able to come the day I called. They were also earlier than expected which was great.
I will call Stanley Steemer again.

I like them because of the price is reasonable. They do a good job and will do upholstery too. I did use a couple other companies and they didn't do as good a job.

They were here for a very short time. I do not feel like they were here long enough to do a good job. I would not use them again.

They are very prompt. Their cleaning is a lot deeper than that of some other providers. I had a lot done the last time they came out. I always use them. I've been using them for years.
