I hired this company Ward Landcare of Washington, PA last year to cut our grass at our home. Last year we discussed cutting our grass weekly with an additional hillside every other week. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the company last year. I had asked them to landscape our front yard with mulch, tress, shrubs etc however the lady never showed up to give me an estimate or to do the work. The gentleman did show up weekly to cut the lawn so I decided to try them again and give them a second chance. This year he was only cutting my hillside once a month and I was charged for an additional time. Knowing that his wife does the billing and he performs the service I called the gentleman and brought it to his attention that there was a mistake in the billing but that I had actually wanted to increase the service and have him cut the hillside every week instead of every other week. I thought he would be happy about the additional job and earned income however instead he became very argumentative and started to yell. I stated that I didn't understand why he was being so argumentative and informed him that I did not appreciate his tone and how he was talking to me. He then hung up on me. I immediately called back and he did not answer and I left a message canceling his service and requested a final bill. Bottom line is they are very rude. The employees are a little shady. They zip through the yard in 5 minutes. Use another company.
