Description of Work: The $145 Dollars spent was half of what I was quoted.When the worker who cleaned our carpets was done I was totally unsatisfied.He started laughing which really got me mad and he said he wasn't leaving until he got paid,I said these carpets are still dirty and he said there wasn't anything he could do and he said again he was not leaving ubtil he got paid.I called the owner and he was more concerned about the money vs. sastifying a customer.His comment was are you satisfied with anything.I said the upstairs is ok not totally satisfied and he said ok pay 145 I was stunned that he offered no solution.Called the corp. office and they said there was nothing they could do But there is something I can do and that is tell everyone I meet like on facebook and now on Angies list
