I called this company after looking at their website and on their profile here. On their website, it clearly lists my neighborhood as an area they service. When asked where I lived, however, I was bluntly told, "Yeah. We're in the South Hills. That's not in our area." I tried to politely advise him that he was actively advertising as working in my neighborhoods, which was a large reason for my call, I was told again, "that's not an area we service." No apology, no concern for false advertisement...just a 'no, we don't go there.'
If you do not service a neighborhood, do not have it specifically listed on your website as an area serviced by your "quality landscaping." If your "quality advertising" and "quality customer service" are any indication of your "quality landscaping," I think it's a good thing this company does not service my area, after all.

The company refutes that this is a result of company confusion. 1. I am not in the North Hills, nor was that ever stated in the conversation. 2. The phone number I called was directly off of the website threeriverslandscape.com, which clearly states this company services my neighborhood. 3. The website threeriverslandscaping.com is a website for a company in Virginia, so I would not have called them to begin with.

Very impressed.  The owner was professional and responsive to our sense of urgency, and the outcome in terms of our front yard's appearance is wonderful to behold.

The only negative thing was it was sometimes difficult to reach this company. I found it was most useful to call his cell phone, but once he arrived, he was absolutely professional. I would warmly recommend this company.
