Squeaky Clean

At 9:40am I called Squeaky Clean as no one had shown up yet to clean. The owner told me she lost my address and phone number. When I asked when the cleaning crew would get to my house she said they were on another job and it would be 2 more hours. I stated, So you just ignored me and sent them to a different job? She then started yelling that she lost my information and that most clients call the night before to confirm. When I asked, well shouldn't you be the one confirming? She got nasty and hung up. I called back and she continued to be rude. When I asked her if the roles were reversed and her cleaning crew showed up to clean a house and the door was locked and no one showed up for 2 hours what her response was she yelled she was done, wasn't sending a crew, and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Her excuse was that she was driving when I called to schedule the clean. A professional would have asked to call me back when she could properly handle my call. Yelling at and hanging up on a customer for asking a simple question is so rude. If she is not able to properly handle calls and schedule cleanings, I doubt the cleaning would be done properly.
