"We are very sorry we were not able to help this customer. We were called to give a price to set a new toilet and repair a leaking faucet. We gave the customer the price for the toilet and she did not want us to do the job. As far as the faucet, this customer had a unique situation where the tub was not installed in an area where there was access to get to the faucet. She was aware of this also. The faucet was old and we were not able to tell what make it was. There were no markings we could see on the faucet. We took a picture and had the supply house do a search but we were not able to locate the part. The old faucet needs replaced but there is not a way to access it. The tub would need to be removed. Basically there would need to be a bathroom remodel to position things correctly and have needed access. This customer did not indicate that she wanted to go that route. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do."
