Seman Flooring's price beat out several different vendors by being 1/3rd less than everybody else and 1/2 less than one particular competitor. I needed the flooring done in a certain amount of time and the worker that did the flooring was a perfectionist. I couldn't ask for anybody better than that. If we had any issues Seman Flooring followed up on them. I was impressed that they are the only factory trained vendor for vinyl tile with a lifetime guarantee that I wanted because I have a large heavy dog and the installer was glad that I was looking at this material instead of a hardboard wood product since my subfloor is particle board. He explained that tile is rigid and particle board is soft and giving which means that over time the grouted tile would start popping because of the soft underflooring. Seman Flooring was the only vendor that talked about that. I would most definitely use them again because they are doing a bathroom floor for me now.
