The guy that came out did a good job. They got the whole job done in one trip. They were punctual and he was professional.

The salesman was okay, but I didn't feel that he was well informed about energy-efficient washers, in particular. However, when I go to the store, I've pretty much made my decision what I was going to get, and I shop around, and I get the best price there. The person that did the installation was great, and I give him high marks all the way through.
