The electrician was on time, polite, clean, and capable of doing the job requested.  Will use this company again.  Was completed in an hour.

I clearly told him the temperature was dropping in the hot tub. I explained it was outdoors. He came out with a kitchen GFI. He then left to go get the proper parts. I made sure that they were aware of the part we needed so I could avoid an extra service call. He charged me for 2 hours of labor, although he wasn't here 2 hours. He the up charged me for the piece. In the store it was $92.36, he charged me $135 for the same part. The invoice date was incorrect and he misspelled my name. The technician himself was great.  I called to resolve the overcharges and Mr. Schultz's response was "We got you up and running."

I called them at 10:30AM and asked where he was and they said I had called and cancelled. That is a lie. I have a system that tracks every call from my house and I did not call them.

Very well, quickly came out for the estimate, with in a day, and did the work with in a week. My wife and I are expecting our first baby and the work was in conjunction with other work I was doing. I decided to call a professional for the electrical and I definately did.
