About us

We are a self owned contracting company that has continued to operate in the Washington and surrounding areas for over fifty years. Small in terms of employees, however, we do not use any subs. You, as a customer, get to deal with the owner on all occasions with exception of some service calls ( which are handled by employees). We operate on the principle of no money down up front, but payment in full upon completion. Financing has been made available to those specific jobs that require extended terms.

Services we offer

We as a local contractor are fully capable of completing any renovation of the outside of your property. The services offered are roofing, gutters and downspouts, soffit and fascia, siding, window replacement, and doors and railings if the job permits. I'm certain we will do our best to accommodate your needs or be able to point you in the right direction to get your work done both effectively and efficiently.

We do not do any interior work, with the exception of the finish of any windows or doors that we install

Description of Work: They replaced a low slope shingle roof over the patio that had a rotten wood suframe from water damage. The roof pitch was too low for shingles. They installed a rubber membrane replacement which is the way flat roof are built. |They restored the aluminum covering and it looks to good as new.

Extremely well!
Description of Work: We are extremely pleased with the service we received. Very honest people. We had contacted them regarding having our gutters cleaned and screens installed. We were told that we didn't need the screens and not to "waste our money" on something we really didn't need.
