General Remodeling
My roof was leaking and part of the shingles were worn out. Mr. Cook provided me with a complete list of materials necessary to replace the entire roof as I requested. He also checked pricing with his suppliers to make sure that I was getting the lower material cost. He removed the existing shingles, installed the underlayment, and coordinated delivery of my materials while constantly working around inclement weather. He checked the existing structure to make sure that none of the wood was damaged where I had previous leaks, and took special care with all of the roof valleys to make sure that I would not have any problems again.
Since he was working at the very end of the roofing season, he took extra precautions with the new shingles, and also made sure that they had sealed properly. He installed tarps below the roof to make sure that he captured any nails or debris that might have fallen from the roof, and kept the worksite clean and neat.
The roof installation was fantastic. Mr. Cook worked on my house as if he was working on his own, and I would hire him again without even bothering to get a second bid.
