This experience went great! Lady in the office was wonderful and Eric was very detailed and gave great information. Work was done on time and they were very punctual. They were referred to me from another roofing company that had too many jobs and could not provide an estimate - they gave Nicolella very high praise and coming from a competitor, that spoke volumes! Would absolutely use again!!!

Were very professional and polite, took time to listen to issues, explain process and options, provide samples, etc. When job was being completed, the workforce was very respectful to everyone involved. Will definitely use them over and over again! :-)

|Came the day after the appointment was supposed to be. Workers not given specific instructions, therefore left leaving the job 25% unfinished. But, did return as soon as the boss told them what to do.

They showed up on time, completed the job as promised and no hassles. Would recommend and have recommended to others.

This was the most schizophrenic service provider that I have ever interacted with. I was selling a property and readying it for sale so I called the roofers to assess and complete the work. The company was easy to work with, was patient in answering questions that I am sure they answered numberous times before. They arrived promply and completed the work. I paid them promply. Since the experience went smoothly, I asked the company to come to my new home to assess the weaknesses in the roof that the home inspector identified in his report. Things started off again, well. After a delay, the company came to the home and completed an assessment (free estimate), and communicated their plan of work to me. After more delays, I could not get the company to set a date to complete the work. Or even a range of days. Everything always seemed good on the phone, but the behavior revealed otherwise. Finally, I just called one day, asked the person who answered the phone why I was singled out for such special treatment because if everyone was treated in this manner, the company would surely go bankrupt. He claimed no knowledge of a problem. I said goodbye, knowing that I had already wasted too much time with this company. Although this behavior in itself is unprofessional and disappointing, what is truly disturbing is that they strung me along for so long and now the seasonal change is upon us. I now have to begin the investigative process anew, looking for a service provider when I am up against the cooler weather. A total waste of my time. Very disappointing. Unprofessional. And cowardly.

My experience went well. They were prompt, responsive and professional. The pricing was a little but I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

I was so impressed with them. What I find most frustrating about home repairs is how hard it sometimes is to even get a response from companies. I often wonder why some companies advertise when they seem so disinterested in doing business with you. But I certainly didn't have a problem with Nicolella. I called and the next day they stopped by to take a look. I was hoping I just needed my gutter rehung, but they went up there and the fascia was rotten. They took pictures to show me exactly what was wrong up there, and clearly explained what needed done to fix it. Nathan said he would call me that evening with pricing, which he did. I felt confident in going ahead and hiring them to do the job. They required 1/3rd down. On 9/3 I had a message that they could come the next day to do the job. They send the bill to you, so I didn't need to be home, but the next day was my day off so I was home when they did the job. It went quickly, they cleaned my balcony off where dirt and debris had fallen, and once again had pictures to show what it looked like with the repairs completed. What a pleasure to deal with such a professional company, I would not hesitate to call them again with any gutter or roofing issues.

They did an amazing job! The price point was reasonable and fair. Their work, as always, was top notch.

First of all the lady in the office was very nice and helpful. They cleaned my gutters a day or two after I called. They even did a few extras that I really appreciated. He replaced a shingle tab and put and elbow to the porch downspout. I would definitely use them again and have been recommending them to all my friends.

ANYONE WHO NEEDS ROOFING DONE MUST USE NICOLELLA ROOFING! THEY WERE FAST IN RESPONDING TIME TO MY CALL , THEY WERE HERE AT THE TIME THEY SAID, THE TWO WORKERS NATHAN AND JOHN WERE COURTEOUS,POLITE, AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION !!!!! THEY FIRST DID THE WATER TESTING TO MY ROOF TO MAKE SURE THE LEAK WAS FOUND AND THE AREA IN WHICH IT WAS LEAKING. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO REPAIR THE SHODDY JOB THE OTHER ROOFER DID ON 6/18/2013 WHICH CAUSED ALL OF MY INSURANCE PROBLEMS .! THEY CORRECTED THE VERY POOR WORK OF THE OTHER ROOFING CO. AND DID ANOTHER WATER TEST TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT ANY POSSIABLE LEAKS NO LONGER WERE THERE! WHEN A STRESSFUL SITUATION LIKE THIS HAPPENS TO ANY HOME OWNER IT IS WONDERFUL TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE HONEST, RELIABLE, COMPANIES LIKE NICOLELLA ROOFING TO COME TO YOUR RESCUE! HEADS UP THIS COMPANY IS THE ONE TO CALL FOR ALL ROOFING NEEDS !

Mark from Nicolella came out to my house to investigate two leaky skylights and a water stain on the bathroom ceiling. I also requested he take a look at the overall condition of the roof and the chimney flashing. He took the time to explain repairs that might be needed in the future, but did not need to be done for a few years. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to up-sell me on services. After determining what needed to be repaired, he promptly sent out Nathan to do the work. Nathan showed up on-time as promised with a helper. Nathan took the time to explain why the leaks were occurring and exactly how he was going to repair them. The skylight needed to be re-sealed and the bathroom vents needed new boots. He performed all work in a fast, efficient manner. I would highly recommend Nicolella Roofing for their prompt, courteous service.

During the days of rain from Hurricane Sandy, we discovered that we had a small roof leak. My husband called Nicolella's after reading their reviews on Angie's List. They responded to our call immediately and were out within a few days to provide an estimate. Shortly thereafter (within the week), they came to make the necessary repairs. They called when they said they would call, they came when they said they would come and the cost was exactly within the estimate. We felt they were very trustworthy and will definitely use their services in the future. They did a great job and were extremely reliable--a high recommend!

We had Nicolella reroof our home several years ago. This past year one skylight developed a leak. They responded immediately. We tried for several months to seal existing skylights to no avail. The decision was made to replace all three which they did in a punctual and professional manner.

The work is always high quality. I have full confidence in them and would recommend them highly!

We ended up going with someone else just because the rates were lower, but I had a good experience with this provider.

You're calling me in Pennsylvania, but, our Angie's List account is in Norwich, Vermont, but, the roofer is here in Washington, Pennsylvania. We had a leak from our roof that was leaking into the basement, we couldn't identify the problem, they found it right away, although it was their busy time, they fixed it promptly, because they knew we were leaving for Vermont, and fixed it well. I thought the price was reasonable.

They were very friendly, honest, and they did a very good job. They did the work in the amount of time they said it was going to get done.

The work was professional. The installation was professional. The price was too big of a surprise.

I really didn't get a price on it but they just came out to fix my rain gutters. The fellow came out because the rain gutters were pulling away from the house and he put in new hangers on the front as well as the back.

Nicolella sent 2 polite employees who arrived at the exact time I was told they would come. The work was completed in under an hour. I highly recommend this complany and apploud the courteous, knowledgable people that work there.

Nicolella Roofing Company did a great job. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did what they said they would do. I can?t remember the exact price we paid them as there was damage on the roof and there was insurance involved. It was somewhere close to $1000 though. Their pricing was fair, I guess. Since, this is not something that one gets done all the time, it?s hard to know. I was also not able to compare prices. The workers were good. It?s hard to check on their workmanship because it?s way up high on the roof. However, I know that it things are not leaking and we lived through the winter without having any ice in the house. The quality of their work was good.
