Gary gave us a kwik kerb quote and an installation date 6 weeks out. The work looked great, but within 4 months, large cracks appeared. It's been 7 months since installation and we now have 5 large cracks that need repaired. Left 3 different messages in the last two months and Gary has not returned our calls.

This business poured a concrete pad for my neighbor who highly recommended them. I called at the end of April & received no call back. After my 5th call, the owners wife called back and said they only did concrete work in the spring & fall. So in late Aug. I called again. They returned my call after the 3rd call. Provided estimated on 9/8. Indicated they would do the work in several weeks. Started the work on 11/5.
Once they started, they kept us informed & kept to the timeline. The concrete pad is 18ft x 27ft. The decorative finish is beautiful. They could not butt up against the asphalt drive way because of its slope. We will have to fill the gap with asphalt.
Their work is good however, they need to be more reponsive to initial inquiries. I would have gone else where if my neighbor did not speak so highly of them.
