+ -1 moreEmployees are kind and helpful. The owner ,Richard Dean, is rude, demeaning and not concerened about his customers and their questions. It is hard to believe and very disappointing that he is the actual owner. As a business man (and human being) he should know better and treat people with a mutual respect and kindness. After all, we the customers are the ones who made him who he is today. Without the customer and their money, there would be no business and no Richard Dean of Dean's Water Service. Sad.
