Any problems COMCAST PLAYS A GAME WITH YOU. TELLS YOU TO FILE A CLAIM. YOU WAIT 60 DAYS FROM THE COMPANY WHO WORKS FIR COMCAST (HELMSMAN MANAGEMENT SERVICE) THEY DENIED CLAIM. SAYS PRIOR EXISTING DAMAGE!!!!!!! WOW SAYS FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND GO BACK TO US FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR FILE A SUIT WITH MAGISTRATE!!!!! SO MUCH FIR BEING A CUSTOMER OF COMCAST!!!!!

Installers did a great job with wiring, etc. The HD was not working, but they quickly came back after we called and brought the correct box. We have been very pleased with the service--no problems. The installer did a good job attempting to make the inside wiring as inconspicuous as possible.

Service is spotty and never works!!!! Comcast won't help me fix the issue.
