 + -1 moreAny problems COMCAST PLAYS A GAME WITH YOU. TELLS YOU TO FILE A CLAIM. YOU WAIT 60 DAYS FROM THE COMPANY WHO WORKS FIR COMCAST (HELMSMAN MANAGEMENT SERVICE) THEY DENIED CLAIM. SAYS PRIOR EXISTING DAMAGE!!!!!!! WOW SAYS FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND GO BACK TO US FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR FILE A SUIT WITH MAGISTRATE!!!!! SO MUCH FIR BEING A CUSTOMER OF COMCAST!!!!!
Description of Work: They COMCAST cable subcontracted DUDA CABLE to run a new cable line from street to house. Comcast walked OFF WITH ME the path of where the new line would run. I approved. They (Comcast cable) sub work out to DUDA CABLE. DUDA CABLE sent crew out to do. The line WAS NOT RUN AS AGREED WITH COMCAST. RAN CABLE LINE THE SHORTEST & EASIEST WAY. WHEN THEY DID THIS THEY RAN LINE RIGHT INTO WHERE LONE DWARF ALBERTA SPRUCE THAT IS APPX 5 FT HIGH AND YEARS TO GROW WAS! Root system. Bad time of year to do!!!! ALSO WHEN DUDA DID RUN LINE SOMEONE CRACKED CORNER OF HOUSE LEDGE ROCK SHEETING AND CORNER BOARD USING DIGGING BAR OR SHOVEL. EMPLOYEES LEFT CABLE ALSO THEY EXPOSED FOR SOMETHING ELSE UNCOVERED. NO NOTES ON DOOR OR CONTACT INFO LEFT STATING DAMAGE TO HOME DONE!!!!! DISCOVERED THAT NIGHT WHEN LOOKING OVER HOW ****** I WAS IN ALBERTA SPRUCE WIRE ROUTING AND IGNORING THE MARKINGS FROM ONE CALL & COMCAST ORIGINAL LAYOUT!!! CALLED OWNER AT DUDA. NO WAY ITS OUR FAULT. HOW YOU KNOW WE DID. ALL KIND OF EXCUSES. CALLED COMCAST. GOT RUN AROUND ABOUT CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBLE FOR. FILED CLAIM FROM 2 OUTSIDE EXPERTS IN BOTH FIELDS. (SHRUBS). HOME IMPROVEMENT $1500 TOTAL

 + -1 moreInstallers did a great job with wiring, etc. The HD was not working, but they quickly came back after we called and brought the correct box. We have been very pleased with the service--no problems. The installer did a good job attempting to make the inside wiring as inconspicuous as possible.
Description of Work: Changed telephone and internet provider. Added HD TV.
