Called at 8:20am. Received info on what might be the problem and when I'd expect to hear when service would be received. Before 11am, received call back to schedule. By 11:30am, service performed - determined bolt was cracked and needed to be replaced. Paid reasonably-priced service fee and replacement part.

We were very pleased with the service provided, the quick response to our needs and the price. Other locksmiths had tried to get four times as much for the same thing. We will always use Chipps in the future when we have need of a locksmith.

Chipps Locksmith Service did a good job making my keys. They all work, which is not always the case for other key makers. They were very responsive, coming out quickly. I told them I need copies for the keys and they didn't even charge me extra for that.
