Greg from Baker's evaluated the problem and noted some solutions to redirect water to avoid the problem in the future. Unfortunately for Baker's, they did not have to do any repairs, but it did save me the cost of any repairs.

Took the deposit and the sale man Doug told us that the office will call us for scheduling, they did not call at all, and after that I left three messages, but no responses at all for a week finally got someone on the phone the fourth time and she told me Feb.28 , 2019 is the earliest. So I called Doug, he said he would talk to people in office in person and get back to me, and that was 10 days ago. So he took the deposit and I still did not have in writing of when they can come out. I will post additional comment if I ever hear back from Baker water proofing , meanwhile judge for yourself about my experience

The work done by Forman Tom Hannah and his crew was performed (starting Sept 4) very timely and efficiently while meeting and exceeding my wife and my expectations. The 3 day job turned into 4 days due to some difficult digging conditions outside for the wall anchors and downspout lines, but each day they arrived early morning and worked into the evening to complete the job [and when they would leave for the night, cleaned up very well]. The job was completed right in time as we received around 5 inches of rain in the following 48 hours after completion, so the system installed was immediately put to the test: and everything passed with flying colors! If we could give Bakers an A+ rating...we would have!

Concrete Leveling
We hired Bakers Waterproofing to level our driveway, The quote was some where around 2200; I am not sure of the exact amount give or take a couple thousand.We signed a contract in April when the salesman came out and did what he had to do plus gave him a deposit. Well in mid June the workers come out to do the driveway and tells my husband they can't do it and left.They said it was because they did not have the proper equipment and they said that we would get a phone call in a couple of days to reschedule.Well we never received that phone call so my husband calls and asked to talk to some one in charge and were told hey were all out of the office but they were sending our money back.Remember we had a signed contract.If we backed out they keep the deposit but if they back out no accountability. We wanted the driveway repaired so I called and once again no one was available to talk.I finally said to the office worker that we need to talk to some one and solve this. Well finally someone got on the phone and said the project was under estimated and i said by how much and they had to send some one new out and they would put the new estimate in an email. Well the new estimate came in around 5800 and that wasn't everything that was to be done but they would give me 700 off. Now lets see 2200 vs 5800 signed contract and only 700 credit.I was willing to meet them half way ; but that my friend is called bait and switch or if not something very close. I ended up going to A-1 Concrete Leveling 412-323-2400 and the cost was $2000 and I am a happy person so buyer beware!

Installed a interior french drain and cemented over the drain for my washer. Called twice to complain and had to talk to the secretary, since the manager/owner wouldn't talk to me. Denied they did it and ignored me, even though I have water all over my basement floor. Washer and drain worked fine before their "work". Save yourself a lot of money, time and aggravation and stay far away!!!!

Theron and Brian showed up on time, went over the job with me and got right to work. I came back to the property to check on things around 2 hours later and they were working like horses. About 4 hours later I stopped by again and everything was cleaned up and vacuumed. I told the guys that I was very happy and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend asking for Theron and Brian!!

The company representative, Jesse Pitcock, is the type of home service repairman I wish I always found. He not only was honest enough to tell me that I did not need the services of his company, but he removed my ceiling tiles in my basement and showed me what the problem was...a cracked pipe from a faucet outside. If you ever do need a basement waterproofing company, strongly consider this highly honest, trustworthy company.

Our foreman, Rich Rotolo, was very professional and kept us advised of his progress and what was being done during every step of the installation. We received a phone call every morning when they were leaving to come to our house in Gibsonia, PA, and he advised of their arrival time. Rich and his crew stayed and worked until he was satisfied with the progress he made during that day. The job site was cleaned and prepared for the next day's work prior to them leaving for the day and all work was completed in the time frame that was estimated in the contract. We are very pleased with the end results of our basement waterproofing system.

I live in Weirton, WV and had a mold problem in my basement as it was too damp. We also needed new sump pumps. Foreman Rich Rotolo was prompt and polite. He answered all our questions. The sump pumps were installed first. The existing holes had to be enlarged before they could be installed. Rich did this and installed the pumps and poured new concrete to complete the job. The area was nice and neat and clean when he was finished. The mold removal also went well. There is no trace of mold left. They recommended a dehumidifier for my basement, which I had Baker's install also. Rich did a great job there too. I am very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend Baker's Waterproofing (and Rich) to anyone needing these services.

Concrete Leveling
Scott and his team did a great job leveling off the sidewalk and driveway. They filled underneath the concrete with a polymer that boosted the concrete up to level with the other concrete work around it. From estimate to service in less than a month. They were here and gone in about an hour.
