Took the deposit and the sale man Doug told us that the office will call us for scheduling, they did not call at all, and after that I left three messages, but no responses at all for a week finally got someone on the phone the fourth time and she told me Feb.28 , 2019 is the earliest. So I called Doug, he said he would talk to people in office in person and get back to me, and that was 10 days ago. So he took the deposit and I still did not have in writing of when they can come out. I will post additional comment if I ever hear back from Baker water proofing , meanwhile judge for yourself about my experience

The work done by Forman Tom Hannah and his crew was performed (starting Sept 4) very timely and efficiently while meeting and exceeding my wife and my expectations. The 3 day job turned into 4 days due to some difficult digging conditions outside for the wall anchors and downspout lines, but each day they arrived early morning and worked into the evening to complete the job [and when they would leave for the night, cleaned up very well]. The job was completed right in time as we received around 5 inches of rain in the following 48 hours after completion, so the system installed was immediately put to the test: and everything passed with flying colors! If we could give Bakers an A+ rating...we would have!

Installed a interior french drain and cemented over the drain for my washer. Called twice to complain and had to talk to the secretary, since the manager/owner wouldn't talk to me. Denied they did it and ignored me, even though I have water all over my basement floor. Washer and drain worked fine before their "work". Save yourself a lot of money, time and aggravation and stay far away!!!!

Theron and Brian showed up on time, went over the job with me and got right to work. I came back to the property to check on things around 2 hours later and they were working like horses. About 4 hours later I stopped by again and everything was cleaned up and vacuumed. I told the guys that I was very happy and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend asking for Theron and Brian!!

Our foreman, Rich Rotolo, was very professional and kept us advised of his progress and what was being done during every step of the installation. We received a phone call every morning when they were leaving to come to our house in Gibsonia, PA, and he advised of their arrival time. Rich and his crew stayed and worked until he was satisfied with the progress he made during that day. The job site was cleaned and prepared for the next day's work prior to them leaving for the day and all work was completed in the time frame that was estimated in the contract. We are very pleased with the end results of our basement waterproofing system.

I live in Weirton, WV and had a mold problem in my basement as it was too damp. We also needed new sump pumps. Foreman Rich Rotolo was prompt and polite. He answered all our questions. The sump pumps were installed first. The existing holes had to be enlarged before they could be installed. Rich did this and installed the pumps and poured new concrete to complete the job. The area was nice and neat and clean when he was finished. The mold removal also went well. There is no trace of mold left. They recommended a dehumidifier for my basement, which I had Baker's install also. Rich did a great job there too. I am very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend Baker's Waterproofing (and Rich) to anyone needing these services.

Our foreman was Rich. He and his crew member did a fantastic job. They were quick and cleaned everything up. Scott and his team did a great job leveling off the sidewalk and driveway. They filled underneath the concrete with a polymer that boosted the concrete up to level with the other concrete work around it. From estimate to service in less than a month. They were here and gone in about an hour.

It went well. They went a little above and beyond the contract by fixing my plumbing. (The contract says they aren't responsible for plumbing or electrical problems. )

The foreman, Jon Mitchell, and his crew were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and responsive. The basement looks great (with the walls covered in waterproofing material) and, more importantly, there hasn't been any water following a few of the heavy rains we've had since the installation.

Everything went well. Dave had Bob and Tristan to assist in the installation. They were all very professional. Dave had thing under control and I went off to work. I returned home to see everything had been done to my satisfaction. The area was clean and back to what it looked prior to the installation. The crew that completed a perfect job in just 8 1/2 hours was polite, professional, hard working, and did I say polite? They were all of the above and more. They covered all the floors in my home to eliminate bringing in dirt or tracking cement. They plastic covered all the existing items in our basement to prevent dust or dirt. When they finished the crew left no mess, debris, dirt, etc. The finished cement floor/drainage system exceeded our expectations. Will ALWAYS call on this company/crew if the need arises. Great crew led by a great crew leader, David Cain.

Splendidly. The foreman (Jeff) and the other two members of his crew (Steven and Brian) were diligent, conscientious, and pleasant throughout a four-day job. They were knowledgable and went out of their way to do the job efficiently but also properly. We couldn't have asked for a better crew.
