I requested them to check on the water pressure, which they had apparently fixed 6 months before, believing it would be covered by some kind of warranty. They came out spent the entire day working on pipes etc, never once mentioning what they were doing or expected costs. Several hours later the owner presents me with a number, (no invoice, breakdown anything), of approx. $1800. I was appalled, as I just got paid and that was my entire paycheck for the next 2 weeks. Within an hour, I had no water and they had to return. Now, I have a leak which the new well company believes is from BCWD, banging on the piping. I equate this to taking your car to the garage for an oil change, and when you pick it up the mechanic hands you a bill for $2K for work he thought you might like.
