+ -1 moreThe job was to remove old counters in kitchen to prep for new counters installed by others. Disconnect sink,disposal,range hood and cook top. Reconnect new. Tearout was fine but all new install of sink drain, garbage disposal and range hood had to be redone (note cook top installed by others). Range hood fixed timely...sink drain and garbage disposal still not fixed after six months. Has only returned one phone call in that 6 month period. I would classify Mike Alexander's work as careless and his follow up on problems practically non existent. I would never use him again nor would I use a company that had him as their subcontractor (which is how he came to be on my project)
