We are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the dyed mulch we received. The inconsistency of dye throughout the 6 scoops of mulch leaves much to be desired. I called to discuss our dissatisfaction with their product only to be told that we should have read the delievery receipt because we mishandled the product! We should have read the receipt which has their handling instructions printed on it. I explained to the receptionist that this was our first time ever receiving their mulch and that we should have been simply informed at the time of ordering over the phone that there were special handling instructions. Her response was " we dont have time to explain this to all our customers". Really? That is what you do...provide a service for your customers. That service includes not only delivery of said product, but also a simple verbal statement referring the customer to read the fine print on how to handle said delievery.
