I have attempted contacting him to get this resolved quickly before any other damage is caused, and he will not return my calls. The drywall work he was hired to do had to be corrected by someone else, and if I have to hire someone else to re-do the tile work it will cost me $7600.00 in addition to the $5400.00 I have already paid him. It is very apparent after this that he was not able to to do the work and I strongly urge anyone to stay clear of this company. He was hired to do other projects as well, for example, install French doors. There were several damages, including an antique mirror, and the doors do do not close. This was a nightmare from the start, and please beware before hiring him.
Description of Work: I hired Alex to install ceramic tile in my home (130 sq. ft.). I was referred to him after a flood to repair some damage drywall. He informed me he could do tile. After the project, I noticed several shortcuts were taken. I had exposed concrete; he didn't tile from wall to wall as it was supposed to have been and then later, the grout was cracking and coming apart. This will eventually allow moisture to gather under the tile causing mold.
