Great. Fixed and works great.
Description of Work: I called Joe for help with my Samsung pf8500 plasma. This was the last great plasma made, but I found out that many had a power board issue that caused the TV to suddenly turn off. From what I read on the internet, not many folks were having much luck getting this fixed. Joe diagnosed it and asked if he could take it to his shop. I was skeptical but Joe brought it back a couple of days later and it works great. He also charged a fair price.

Price was for estimate only since I found there was a faulty connection with the existing wires and told customer a repair wasn't required. Customer was only charged for initial consultation of $59.

Description of Work: Joe arrived on time and diagnosed the issue with my TV as being a power supply problem. He did not have the power supply in his inventory so it took about a week to receive. Description of Work: Joe was very responsive and carefully listened to all the details of the problem. However, the problem cleared before Joe could fully diagnose the cause of my problems. Perhaps just removing the back panel of the TV helped clear the problem (of which I'm very skeptical), but the problem hasn't re-appeared (yet). | |Regardless, Joe was an ace to work with and I would certainly recommend him.

My television was shutting itself down repeatedly for no apparent reason. I called Joe's TV Repair and he was able to get to me within one business day. He came and repaired the television within an hour and I was pleased with the price as well. I would definitely recommend him for anyone having trouble with their television. Joe responded quickly, provided an accurate diagnosis, and did a great job with the repairs. Furthermore, he offered pick up and delivery and he liked dogs which is a good thing considering I have two of them. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
