We pay for four visits a year so they can do seasonally appropriate preventative work, and then any time we have an issue, it is covered! It's been a great year with so many fewer pests than we used to get (we have an older home in a heavily treed area, so we have had issues). We had a carpenter ant problem and, because we have a small child, i didn't want them to do any spraying inside. This made their job harder but without hesitation they came out as many times as they needed to do get rid of the ants without spraying inside. I feel very well taken care of. I also like that they call me when it's time for them to come out; it's effortless!

Anytime you have a problem and are in a quarterly service contract, he will come back and you don't pay for that. We have used him for years, and will continue to use his services in the future

Great service. Controls pests. We live in a wooded area that breads pests. Tom's service has keep our last two homes pest free for the last 18 years.
