Whatever you do, get someone other than DAI Construction to do your repairs. You'll find yourself with shoddy work (if they do anything at all) and probably ripped off to an extreme. Be wary of having your money completely stolen.

I would never have started with him, except he was recommended to me. I had my doubts from the beginning, but ignored my intuition and went ahead. He gave me a very cheap price, and then kept adding on extras as he went along so in the end I paid much more than I was originally quoted. When I finally decided to let him go, I brought in another contractor to give me an estimate on the work that was still incomplete and it will cost me an additional $$3000.00 because he did so little of what he was supposed to do and what was done has to be redone because of the poor quality.
