CORNERSTONE IS NOT A STAND UP COMPANY. THEY ARE CHEATS. THEY DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY. BE A SATND UP COMPANY AND DO THE RIGHT THING. BUYER BEWARE. I would think twice about joining this gym. I called several times asking about both putting the membership on hold and getting a refund on training sessions whenever I called I was told I have to COME IN, which I was not in a position to do, not once did anyone ask me for my name or make note of it in my file of my request they didn't want to talk to me unless I could come in. I called several times to see if I would get a different answer and got the same response. If I could make it there, I would be going to the gym! Not canceling my membership. I had been trying to cancel for some time and finally was able to do it as a result of COVID-19. After I received confirmation that my membership was canceled I asked for a refund On training sessions I purchased. I paid cash for those sessions and I am only asking for cash back. I didn’t use them and I didn’t get any value for sessions when they were purchased. I was told I could only get one of the following: Virtual Training Refund to Cornerstone Gift Card Gift to another member Hold on your account for future use None of which are a viable option for me and don’t really make sense if you DON’T BELONG TO THE GYM. Not giving me a refund. Is not exhibiting GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Since I didn’t get any value for the session. BE A SATND UP COMPANY AND DO THE RIGHT THING. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS GYM IF IT WAS THE LAST GYM EVER.

I've been going there for a few years. They pay very close attention to cleanliness which is very important to me. They have a very relaxing waiting area and I look forward to my visit every 4 weeks.

If you are looking for a luxurious service as well as something that is really good then that is the place. Kathy is great. They have a glycolic peel, they have services for aging skin, massage, pedicures, manicures and they have new and different things regularly. They are constantly learning new things and updating their trade, which is important when you are going to an esthetician. The office is very nice. They are in the health and wellness center, they have a very nice gym facility. They have a pool with some healthcare facilities on site and they have a spa. It is a very nice location.

It is a good gym. It is very clean and all the equipment is fairly new, which is nice.
