Fantastic. Very meticulous, very clean, cleaned up after, work was done on time. Chris is a super nice guy. Everything was good! Gave me ideas and suggestions when I didn't know what I was doing as well.

The work was Excellent, they were very detailed and took their time doing the job, and they're very neat and clean, didn't make a mess while the work was ongoing. The bathroom looks wonderful, the work done was awesome. They're very helpful, they would suggest in re-arranging bathroom stuffs if you are not sure on how things should be arranged.

Chris Dwyer was a fantastic contractor, both professional and helpful. We needed the original bathroom from 1967 ! completely gutted and replaced with a new, remodeled bathroom for my in-laws home. My in-laws are elderly and felt completely comfortable with Chris and his helpers. Chris was always on time, called ahead in the morning to let them know when he was coming, was neat and organized. He suggested changes when appropriate, and helped select items when my mother-in-law was undecided about the tile, shower door, and vanity countertop. He was patient and always very positive. He removed wet floor boards, and completely redid the rotted shower drain and pipes. He remodeled the shower stall, installed a beautiful shower floor wet bed, a shower fan to exhaust to the exterior, and added new ceiling lighting. His tile work was flawless. His cost estimate, while higher than other contractors, was accurate. He is honest, hard-working, and his work is beautiful and of excellent quality. I highly recommend him and will use him again for other projects.

I wanted a lot of higher end plumbing faucets and fixtures for the hall bathroom (mostly Grohe).  I did a lot of comparing prices and buying on line as well as a big box store and a custom cabinet shop and custom countertop fabricator.  I bought all the supplies, fixtures, tile, paint, cabinet, countertops, etc.  Chris did the installation.  I designed the tile pattern and he did a wonderful job executing it.  I think he really enjoys the tile work.  Bottom line:  the cost of service was for all labor; I probably spent another $5,000 for materials.  He is hardworking and pleasant.

Exceptional work.

It went well. Patio door was sticking due to house settling.  Chris took it down and planed several times until it moved more easily.

Came out promptly and provided an estimate. Returned calls. Work was scheduled and completed as agreed.

There has never been an issue or problem with the work performed and many times he has gone out of his way to obtain parts and provide the best price.

I bought all fixtures cabinets etc on my own.  Chris installed all and tile work is beautiful.  I am very satisfied with the work.
