Price was good, estimator was polite and professional, installers were equally P&P and very cordial to the 90 year old owner who enjoyed watching the process. Old rug was removed and discarded without incident and area was well cleaned before they departed. Great job. We'd definitely use them again. Thanks

Installers were on time and did a fantastic job. They ripped up old carpet and laid new carpet in 2 bedrooms , hallway and stairs. Moved some furniture for us which was much appreciated. Would hire them again.

I can't possibly explain how great my experience with the family owned Carpet Giant was... their prices were way better than the 2 local big box stores. Scott was so nice and knowledgeable having over 18 years experience, he gave fantastic customer service going absolutely above and beyond coming to my home after hours to measure for the carpet. My install team that showed up had well over 30 years experience installing carpet were the nicest friendliest guys and did a fantastic job with the installation. I highly recommended Carpet Giant and in a heartbeat use them again. If there was a way to give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Scott and my install team and the Carpet Giant family for a fantastic experience.

Rude, condescending and unprofessional.
Ordered a piece of remnant to have bound and we needed it by a certain date
because we were relocating out of the area. Said no problem should be back by
such and such a date. Such and such a dates rolls around and we hear nothing
from them so I call. "We didn't call you because it's not in yet." So
I asked if they anticipated it being in today and in his most condescending
tone says "That's what we're told." Are you kidding me??? This is a
$600 remnant not some $100 throw rug and you are going to be rude?? Do not
bother with this place because they are just awful business people and after
they get your money they couldn't care less.

We have had carpet giant out twice. First one room then another room. I would recomend them to anyone. The secnd time they also repaired a carpet which had been installed incorrectly by another company (one of the big home repair company's) at a very resonable rate. A family member suggested them and I have suggested them to several other friends and family members. Excellent service, on time, polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves.

Visited warehouse and was provided with prompt and sufficient service. Some time was spent addressing my questions and concerns (eg, about seams showing). Carpet selection was pretty good and prices were @ 1/3 less than Home Depot, even with their then-current promotion of install for $39. Company called to confirm day and time of install. However, on day of install, they were still not at home 45 minutes after set time. Called company and was told "they just left"; no apology or acknowledgement. Neither did the installers acknowledge this; rather, they blamed the company for opening too late for them to be at my house on time. Carpet appears to be installed well. Clean up was only fair; they asked to borrow my carpet sweeper because "I left mine at another house."

THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND CARPETED AN OVERLOOKED CLOSET FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THEY DO NOT SHAVE DOWN DOORS, AND TOLD ME THAT WHEN I ASKED. ONE SEAM ON A STEP SHOWS SLIGHTLY, BUT ALL OTHER SEAMS ARE UNNOTICEABLE. THEY DID DAMAGE THE ROLLER ON A SLIDING CLOSET DOOR WHEN THEY REMOVED IT TO CARPET THE CLOSET. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT THE JOB IN ON FAIRLY SHORT NOTICE TO GET IT DONE BEFORE MY MOVING DAY.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES. THEIR SHOWROOM IS MORE OF A WAREHOUSE BUT THEIR SALESPEOPLE ARE COURTEOUS AND VERY QUICK TO DELIVER, SCHEDULE AND INSTALL. THE INSTALLERS ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND PROVIDE QUALITY INSTALLATION.
