BOSS Cleaning Service

Overall, the service was very average. They were very prompt and eager over the phone to ensure their customer service would be outstanding which is why I selected them but all in all I was disappointed. A friendly man arrived in an unmarked van at the scheduled time (7:30am). He did a quick glance at our kitchen floor and then got to work. He went in and out our front door and did not put anything down in the entrance way to protect the floors he was walking on. At the end of the appointment the hardwood floors were a mess- covered in mud and streaked by the cleaning solution and water that he was carrying in and out of our house. I did not expect that I was going to have more work to do after having a cleaning service come to my house but I did. The cleaning process was really not a specialized process. The employee used a long handled scrub brush and a non toxic solution to spray on the grout and scrub. After that he went over the floor with a dirty mop and hot water. We left the floor alone to dry and the next morning I washed it to remove all the dirt that was pushed around by the dirty mop. Once everything was dry there were lots of areas of grout that were still discolored. So I called the company and had them come back again. Again it was the unmarked van and same employee. The outcome from the second visit was slightly better but still not that and quot;looking newand quot; appearance they promote. I could have called again for additional visits within the first 30 days but in all honesty I was tired of having our house disrupted and dirty from the process and my expectations were low since it was the same employee that came both times. Next time I plan to use a different company.

I think they did a great job at a very reasonable cost. We've used them many times before and have been happy. I would recommend their services. Make sure you ask Wilie to send you his A-team!
