+ -1 moreI wanted to replace a portion of their gutter that was previously installed on my house. I was not happy with the professionalism of their rep in Pittsburgh, PA so I contacted MasterShield directly to get an alternate rep. MasterShield told me they had no alternate rep in the Pittsburgh area. The admin person from MasterShield said the head of the company was in VA doing a job and was not available to help me. They never returned my call. In the end, I had to have the entire gutter system replaced using a different company which increased my cost. If you contract a specialty gutter guard company, consider making sure they are reputable, responsible and have more than one rep in your area..
