The gutter services (cleaning, sealing, adding more brackets, testing downspouts) performed were timely (next day) and MET OUR EXPECTATION. Also, the service team was polite and respectful. HOWEVER, the price quoted and paid was totally out of line; like 3x what I would have expected for 3 hours of work by 2 people. We went with it as it had been a challenge to get anyone to do this work. Clearly their price level made it worth their time. I would suggest anyone considering them for gutter services to negotiate a lower price base on the man-hours required to do the service and a reasonably hourly rate (example $100 per hour).
