Property Appraisal
Kevin called me the day before and said he would be there the next day in the morning but would call or text first. He never called or texted and never showed up in the morning. He did show up at 5:00 pm and scared the daylights out of my son who was home alone after banging on the door. He was also biased and unprofessional.
