great............start to finish................on time,on budget............nuff said........................

Jim did a wonderful job. Turns out he had painted the house the last time I had it done 10 years ago. This time our local weather did not co-operate and it took quite a while to get it all done. We had a couple nice days and the siding would dry so he could paint and then the rain came; a couple nice days, then rain, etc.

When one of the trim colors turned out much lighter than we both anticipated, Jim went out of his way to suggest a new color and then return the light color and get the new one. At several points in the painting, I was unsure what color to paint various parts of the trim. Jim would paint one way and then we would both decide if we liked it. If not, he very patiently would paint another combination to see if that worked. If not we tried something else until it did look good.

The only problem were Jim's assistants. They seemed to not want to work consistently. They would work a day and then just not show up. This was very frustrating to Jim and caused the whole job to take longer. But he did not take out the problem on me nor did it affect the quality of his painting. It just takes one person much longer to do a big job if their help is not consistent.

I would highly recommend Jim at Pro-Painters. He did a high quality, professional job.

Because of the bad weather we have had in our area this spring it started out slow, but I was very surprised just how fast the job went once the weather turned around. The guys worked straight thru, not really taking any breaks during the day and they made sure the work area was clean each and every day they worked. Excellent job!!
