Absolutely the WORST experience imaginable! NOT a reputable business AT ALL! VERY SORRY I went there after reading a "positive" remark right here on Angie's List! DON'T BELIEVE everything you read, as I was LEAD ASTRAY, and ended up losing the use of my vehicle for over a month, being taken to the cleaners, being LIED to, given the run-around, and ended up with the worst "repair" job possible, which took less than a year to RUST. Consequently, it's no surprise that they will not respond to that problem and uphold their supposed guarantee. STEER CLEAR of these JOKERS, folks, or you'll be sorry too!

I was truly amazed at the results. The fenders and the left rear door outer skin (panel) were replaced. The rest was smoothing out small dents and matching everything. I don't know just what they did, but the car was better than when I bought it. It had a shine that was beautiful! As a bonus (to my way of thinking) they cleaned the interior as well. To nit pick, the windshield had some streaks where they had missed and there were still some crumbs left in some seams of the console, but it had been so dirty inside that I didn't even notice for a day or so that the job hadn't been done perfectly. I had been planning on getting the interior detailed soon and that sort of work is in the $80 range. I was truly delighted at the results of their work both inside and outside. The tailight lens was a used one they found which saved $100 versus a new one.
The staff were very professional and left me with no doubt that they knew what they were doing. I had no experience with with this sort of thing before and though it may seem odd, I really enjoyed the process. They also surprised me by offering to take me home after dropping the car off and then picking me up after it was done, which saved me having to make arrangements with friends to do that. Finally, I must admit that originally I had rated the price as and quot;Band quot; because it seemed like so much money to me, but after further thought, realized that parts are quite expensive (over $80 for a used tailight for example) amd the work is labor intensive so I changed the price to an and quot;Aand quot; rating because, relatively speaking, it really is quite reasonable.

Can't even tell where the damage was.

Someone backed into the passenger side of our vehicle, so the insurance co. took care of the bill, but Autobody Collision made the entire process fast, simple and stress-free! And they had my vehicle done quickly! I refer everyone I know and even those I don't know!
