Excellent job, Beyond expectations. They went all the way into the woods to remove it all. And brought in a bucket truck to remove the limbs from the roof.

We needed to remove and trim several trees in our back yard.  Got three estimates ranging from $5000 to $1000.  The owner said the best way to complete the work was to access the trees  through the township park that is behind our backyard.  This saved a lot of money and time. Also, this saved tearing up our yard with all the equipment that they needed to bring in.
They called he township and took care of getting permission to come through the park.  Work was very fast and clean-up
was great.

It appeared that some of the limbs from the neighbor's tree came down, hitting the patio table on my deck. The table top is made of slate squares and 4 of the squares were broken. I went to the neighbor's yard and encountered the owner's brother, who was very apologetic, gave me the name and phone number of their contact at the office, then came and cleaned up the limbs from my deck.
I spoke with the office contact, who had the owner contact me by phone. I explained the situation to the owner. He could not talk to me further, as he was and quot;busyand quot;. He said he would call back on Monday, October 6, 2014. Today is October 16th and I have not heard from him.
Even if he called back to dispute that the damages were caused by his crew, I would have respected the fact that he at least called me back. Before this incident, my husband and I talked about getting an estimate from this company to trim some large trees in my front yard, as they seemed to do a good job on the neighbor's tree. We won't be doing that now. This is very disappointing.

All work and clean up were professionally done within a few hours. Been using this service for years and never have been disappointed.

OVERALL SERVICE WAS SUPERIOR TO OTHER TREE SERVICES USED IN THE PAST. THEY WERE QUITE PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR CALL AND PROVIDING THE SERVICE.
