Exceptional service!!! Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, polite. I needed a small moving job done in short notice - and Alex and his partner came through for me big time. The price was fair and the service impeccable. Will use again for any of my moving or hauling needs. Very very pleased.

I’ve lived in 4 countries and 9 cities so I’ve moved a lot and have worked with many moving companies. Tyndale is the worst that I’ve encountered. I paid for four men and got Alex Tyndale and three kids (including at least two teenagers). Actually, the oldest of the kids knows far more than Tyndale about moving and was coaching him throughout the day. They damaged my hardwood floors, broke the railing on the stairs, broke a leg off a new bed, and damaged other furniture. They would have destroyed a large TV if I didn’t take control of the situation. They also milked the time to make the move longer. At one point, all four of them were wrapping a desk table top with plastic. At that point it was obvious what was happening. As one of the kids said, “I’ve never packed anything before. We just move boxes in and out of the truck.” I wouldn’t even hire them to do that in the future.

"My response to every point in detail is this : 1) the damage claims are grossly misrepresented 2) if a customer who hired you to move and not pack asks you to pack once you arrive , they should expect the job to take longer [Member Information Removed]) every team member is assigned to specific duties based on their level of expertise and no team member is younger than 19 4) a new member was used on this service and his knowledge of computer dismantling ( a unique request to dismantle ) was done with his skill set being resourceful . Mr Thompsons insistence on micro managing stalled the move time as well . He refuses to believe that a piece that fell off his bed on disassembly is a manufactured default and blames my company for a loose rail on his staircase . Minimal damage to his floor because of a fallen metal object is all I'm willing to accept"
