The begiining introduction was very personable and they provided expert advise and insurance and company papers. They do not take any funds until work is completed , howver we decided to make the full payment. Usually we would not do this however felt confident that they would return and complete the work. Due to rain we had to wait a couple of weeks before they cnould start the job. Once they arrived the job took two days with a week in between . They were professional , and the work was clean. We just had our first heavy rain since the job was done and it appears to be okay.

It was arranged very quickly, and they did clear the gutters. I had one area of concern that was cleaned out and has since been clear.
The only negative is that the whole experience took less than 15 minutes on a two story home in which they also had to use a ladder. I think I really only had one area that was clogged because there are caps, but it was obvious the guy was rushing from house to house to finish and trying to get finished in the shortest time possible. So, while the work was performed adequately it did sort of feel like a lot of money to part with for 15 minutes work.
I hate to complain about that, but I just thought I'd mention it. It does sort of feel like you are getting the bums rush.

It went well. The provider did not require a specific appointment date or time, nor does homeowner need to be home for service to be performed. This was convenient! As far as pricing is concerned, I dont consider this deal as a huge bargain because I live in a townhouse with only two straight run of gutters and only two downspout. However, the provider was prompt in responding, was very courteous and professional, introducing themselves and going straight to work cleaning gutters and cleaning roof and deck when finished clearing the gutters. I really like the service and people who performed the service. I don't feel I would use this provider again because their regular pricing is too high considering size of my home. Usual pricing in this area for my size home is about $65.00.
