We were thrilled with the work that Jason from Sir Grout did for us. We had a large area including kitchen, foyer and powder room installed over twenty years ago, Although the tile looked great over time the grout never looked clean. Jason first cleaned the grout and then redid the grout by coloring it with a product that resists dirt and lasts up to 8 years. It was an amazing transformation. I have already recommended this company to others Chris who came and gave the estimate was so professional and right on target with the price. Jason came on time to the minute and even did a small extra job without charge. The floor now looks brand new!!! Micki W.

The tile surrounding our bathtub needed the grout cleaned and replaced. Sir Grout was recommended to us and we in turn would recommend them also. When Jamie finished the job, the bathtub area looked like new and the space between the floor and wall was filled in perfectly. A five star job!

stripped and restored slate flooring. this was a difficult restoration Worked hard to remove 40 year old dirt and wax on foyer slate floor. mostly successful but some yellow remains especially in closet. Customer service and workmen very professional

Sir Grout refreshed our grout in a half bath (shower wall and floor). It looks amazing but after reading additional reviews online I think the price we paid was high for the time and work needed to complete the job. It took about two 1/2 hours and we paid $500.

I live in Philadelphia area. Jesh exceeded my expectations in service and in results. I still am happy every time I step into my stone showers and I still marveling at the fact I have no mold or crumbling to worry about.......the sealant is amazing! It's better than new and stone tiles totally encased so there is no maintenance needed. My kicker was that Jesh was the one that analyzed my problem, gave a thoughtful estimate and then came back and did the work himself.....a 7 hour job! No communication gap. He was the consummate professionalâ ¼ï¸

The person who did the job was nice but misunderstood the job he was supposed to do. He could not complete it in a timely fashion. Did a very poor job. The floor essentially needs to be re-done.

Do not hire this company. They are rude and arrogant. I was given an appointment for June 3, 2020. When I went to put it on my calendar I noticed I was booked that day so I immediately called back and was told **no problem, we will do it on the 4th** so lo and behold, they showed up on the 3rd when I was not there. I called to tell them they had the wrong day that it was rescheduled to June 4th and was given a really bad attitude by text message saying it was my fault and to go with another company. Sir Grout was unprofessional and do not believe the customer comes first. They also told me they were doing me a **favor** because the job was a small job. DO NOT HIRE SIR GROUT they are not nice nor professional people.

Chris was on time and removed his shoes before he went into the house. Did a great job recaucking our bathtub. Cleaned every thing before he left. Super Job! I would recommend and use this service again in the future.
