He patched and painted the ceiling and walls done ok, but he used Inferior floor tiles had to be replaced,coverd over trap door, had to reinstalled, never fixed kick plates. ask to be paided before finished, never returned when we complained he said he would come back and fix everything but never showed up. He still has our door key. Had  to hire someone else to finish
