RUSSELL BLACK ELECTRICAL SVC

I was having siding installed on the house and the contractor was worried about the connector between my line to the meter and PECO's power line, so I contacted Mr. Black to come and check out the job. He said that he would work with the siding people to make sure the exterior outlet and the line were installed correctly and when it was beneficial for them. That was in early August and at the time my contractor told me the  siding installation would begin in late September. I relayed this to Mr. Black who said it would not be a problem.
Then I got a call from my contractor in mid August telling me that they would start the job the next day. Naturally, I was worried that Mr. Black wouldn't be able to accommodate such a drastic change in timing. But he did. He worked with the contractors to get both jobs done to the satisfaction of the contractor and myself as well.
He was very easy to work with, very pleasant, and tightened some loose ground connections he found while evaluating the job at no additional cost. From my experience, I can recommend him very highly. I will call him again for any electrical work I need.

The service was excellent. He arrived as scheduled and check all wiring and replaced only what needed to be done. He replaced the outside box to a safer waterproof box. He was efficient and checked all outlets. He did all that was requested and was very fair.
I highly recommend anyone in the area to use him. He is a true professional and very honest.
