The "gold" service plan was not exactly gold. I thought I had a budget plan. When I ended my contract at the end of the term recently my last statement had a credit balance. They then charged me the exact amount of my credit for an oil delivery that they said was made the previous summer. In my previous statements it no mention of this balance.

Stay away. I was quoted one price and the bill said something else. Called the company, was told to call the salesman. Still waiting for the call back. OVER A MONTH AGO.
