After having no heat and hot water for several days, I received estimates from Reit Fuel for two alternative repair proposals to fix the inside fuel supply lines to my hot water heater and furnaces.  Their proposals and estimates seemed reasonable until the last minute when I received an email from their salesman informing me that they would not do the repairs unless I entered into a one year contract to purchase all my fuel oil from their company.  Reit Fuel charges more per gallon for fuel oil than my local supplier.  I was furious that after wasting several days without heat and hot water, Reit Fuel tried to coerce me into a contract I did not need.  Unless you enjoy running down rabbit holes, I would not contact this company.

The "gold" service plan was not exactly gold. I thought I had a budget plan. When I ended my  contract at the end of the term recently my last statement had a credit balance. They then charged me the exact amount of my credit for an oil delivery that they said was made the previous summer.  In my previous statements it no mention of this balance.

Stay away.  I was quoted one price and the bill said something else.  Called the company, was  told to call the salesman.  Still waiting for the call back.  OVER A MONTH AGO.
