PHIL PARKINSON PLUMBING

This is the second time I've hired Phil for a plumbing job, and, as always, he does an excellent job. (First job: new bathroom installation, washing machine lines run. Second job: plumbing rerouting for kitchen, dishwasher connection, and replace toilet) He is reliable, works efficiently, and is easy to contact. His prices are fair and the work is transparent. Also he and his crew are 100% mask and social disitance compliant, which is great peace of mind.

Friendly, professional service. Arrived within the two hour window. Cleaned all areas when done. Price was reasonable for effort needed. Discussed other problems identified during service call but avoided high pressure sale. Will call Phil again and refer to friends.

Brilliantly! Phil is a fantastic plumber as well as a caring, thorough business man. He explained the steps during my remodel and noticed I needed a new water heater (I did...10 year old ticking time bomb). No pressure from him to do it - just wanted to make me aware. Excellent service provider. Steve came to fix my faulty bathroom shower faucet and he couldn’t have been more accommodating in figuring out what would work best and not go crazy on a repair bill. Steve was friendly, explained everything he was doing and gave me prices before beginning the work. Really happy I found Parkinson Plumbing and would absolutely recommend them.

Phil was able to come out soon after I called to install the valve, and also cap off a separate old line I wasn't using. He showed up exactly when he said he would and even gave a courtesy call a few minutes before he came. He was polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions (I had many) as he did the work. He had all of the parts he needed on hand, and was able to finish all the work in one go within about 30 minutes. I'll be calling Phil again next time I need any plumbing work done.

This review is encompassing several jobs we had contracted with Phil and his superb assistant, Steve, that occurred over the course of several weeks and several trips. We called Phil when we saw a small puddle forming under our electric hot water heater. We had discussed this situation during our first major job with Phil, so we knew it was a matter of time before our heater would need to be replaced. He determined over the phone that it was an emergency, sent his crew out to prepare as he went to get the heater itself and by that afternoon, early afternoon, it was all done. In the interim, his assistant, Steve, replaced an outdoor spigot and by doing so, we found a slow leak somewhere in that indoor-to-outdoor piping system that was showing up right outside the house itself. So we made plans for them to return to do that job. They returned and this and the other smaller plumbing concerns got taken care of, again, efficiently and quickly. Phil and his assistant, Steve, makes sure we are not only informed of best is going on and what they need to do, but why and we are taken into the process of brainstorming solutions in every step of that process. We believe that to be essential and so we are writing about this in our review. To us, it shows a concern and respect for us, the employers, in this situation, that we have found to be lacking in some other contractors. We have grown to trust Phil and his people in an amazingly short period of time and we are pleased to be able to report this. We will not hesitate to call him for anything. A splendid company....a splendid owner/operator.

This is our second time using Phil Parkinson Plumbing and we are just as overjoyed with this company as we were the first time he rescued us from a plumbing difficulty. This time, we called him regarding a puddle forming under our old electric water heater . He assessed how important it was for him to get there soon, but left it up to us. We thought it was important and he sent his associate, Steve, right away to begin the work after I called him back with the proper information. He then finished his first job and rushed out and purchased the unit and vsmr to install it. Within three hours, it was all done. This is service. This is care. This is perfection. You will feel good hiring this manand his staff.

Within 24 hours of initial phone call, received return call and appt setup and service. Phil is very professional and provided quick assessment and pricing including parts + labor. Phil and his team are fantastic. They went above and beyond by completing the work to a high standard, providing additional advice on other projects I was completing myself, and scheduling multiple days to come back and complete work around my construction schedule. He was articulate, creative when necessary, and understanding of my wish list and limitations. Beyond this, he and his team are friendly, considerate, and punctual. Phil is extremely responsive. I got multiple bids and Phil's was the clear best value. Will continue to contact him for all of my plumbing work moving forward.

Great experience with these guys. Phil returned my call right away and once we agreed to the job, his team was able to come out quickly to get the work done. Steve and James took out the old leaking part of the pipe and replaced with PVC. They were both wonderful and were great about answering my questions and clearly explaining what they were going to do. Job went very well. Highly recommend and will definately hire again. Professional, nice, and easy to work with.

Excellent, repair man was on time, explained what needed to be done and advised if there were other possible problems that he would let me know. Also, when asked about making a repair to another toilet, he noted that he would check and he provided a discounted price since he was already out for service. He completed the work in timely, professional fashion and charged exactly what he said he would. Tested the toilet and all worked fine. He noted that if, for any reason, there was a problem, he would honor the labor for one year. It was a very good experience from call to office to the time he left the house. Highly recommended.

Incredibly well. Phil fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. I had texted Phil at 10:30 p.m. on a Thursday night because water was pouring out from under my kitchen sink. He responded immediately by text and came over Friday morning to fix it. (I had turned the water off so didn't need him to come immediately.) It turned out the problem was a loose valve on my faucet and Phil refused payment because he considered the repair so minor. It's important to note-- he has done more complicated repairs for me in the past -- most recently, he installed a garbage disposal and fixed water pressure problems -- and has always been responsive, prompt, efficient, and has done the work well. I always feel like I'm in good hands. I recommend him highly.

My toilet was leaking into the basement every time it was flushed. The team arrived within the time they said they would be to do the job. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. Steve and James were very professional and explained what had gone wrong. After finishing the job, they showed me that it has been fixed. I would definitely recommend them for anyone. Thanks.

we are in love with this company. this is our first job with them and believe me, it will not be the last. we already talked to them about returning for another plumbing job. this solid, friendly, professional small group of men came to our house exactly on time, wasted no time setting up and getting to work, worked steadily except for a break or two until the job was done, which was, by the way, completed several hours before we all thought it would. this job required very sure hands as the cast iron pipe needed to be cut away from an equally old ceramic collar that if it was broken during that process would have necessitated destroying part of our custom designed front patio and the stonework involved in order to repair the mistake and the damage. they did this and the rest of the delicate removal of 75 year old rusting pipes with dexterity and without incident. we had been holding our breath about this job for awhile now....we are pleased to report that we are breathing without anxiety. they left the place in excellent condition and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. we are overjoyed.

It went well, he arrive early in the morning and left afternoon and everything was completed.
