MIKE GRANIERI LAWN CARE INC

It takes over a week for Mr. Granieri to return your phone calls asking for his services. Mr. Granieri did not come to see me that day.  I was told by my 91 year-old mother's aide two days later that he had come the next day but I was out.  ||I received a bill for the full services, even though he knows I was not satisfied and his crew did not do what I wanted.  I called him several times and left messages that I wanted to discuss an adjustment to the bill and never received a return call.  During my last call, I told him specifically that I was reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List (I actually had my comments drafted for your list and then received your email).  I still haven't received a response, just several more copies of the same bill.||In all fairness, the big bush was trimmed correctly and the tree was taken out correctly.

Left a message about lawn work but absolutely no call back. Very unprofessional.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. HAVE NOT MET PERSONALLY BUT SPOKE TO MIKE ON THE PHONE AND SET UP THIS SERVICE..HE SEEMED VERY CONCERNED THAT MY HUSBAND WAS HAVING HEALTH PROBLEMS AND COULD NOT MOW OUR LAWN THIS YEAR..WE TALKED SEVERAL TIMES AND MIKE SET A DAY FOR US TO GET THEIR SERVICE......WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE...THEY LEFT THE YARD LOOKING BEAUTIFUL..THEY MOWED AND WEED EATED THE LAWN...THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, NOTHING LEFT ON THE DRIVEWAY OR WALK...WONDERFUL JOB WILL DEFINITELY HAVE THEM DO OTHER JOBS AS WELL....I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS

GOOD WORK, VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING, RESPONDED TO AN EMERGENCY ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
