Not there during listed hours, Took forever for work to be done, and very rude customer service and to my kids when in the shop. Phone is never answered, and takes forever to get a phone call back. First and last time.

They are fairly far from my home, so it was frustrating to arrive during their posted business hours and to find a note saying they'd left early.  Phone calls prior to heading there for all following visits prevented a repeat of that problem.  The owner was not there, but Caitlyn, his very capable assistant, was there to receive me and to take or return my computer to me. When I asked for Windows 10 to be removed, it wasn't clear to me that all my other programs (such as Word and Excel) would be taken off and not re-installed, so that necessitated an extra visit.  I changed my Norton security system for one that they feel is more secure, and found that I had trouble getting into my online banking program, which required another assist to remove the super-secure feature that was blocking my own access. We did that by VPN, remotely, which was a help.
Overall, I found the work to be very competent, done in a reasonable amount of time, and at a reasonable expense.  I would recommend them to others without hesitation.  My husband has brought them two completely frozen work laptops and been able to get a good diagnosis and repair (in one case where a warranty was not involved), after they retrieved his information from the hard drive.

Jim (the owner), is extremely professional and a delight to do business with!  He walked me through what he was going to do and did from beginning to end.  I never felt like I was talked down to and the service was quick!  So happy with LiteSpeed Computers, I will never take my computer anywhere else and am recommending him to all of my relatives and friends.  Honestly, he made what was a stressful situation, pleasant!  Highly recommend LiteSpeed!
