Perfection all the way.  We looked long and hard to find someone who would actually come out and do this work for us.  We did not want to go to a large corporation or business chain.   We wanted an IT specialist who knew a lot about software as well as hardware.  We didn't want some kid who was learning on our time. Ray Cline immediately responded and came out the next day.   He was about to trouble shoot our laptops quickly (one had a hardware part fail) and resolved all software conflicts within a short period of time.  He has done this type of work or large corporations and seen all types of problems (we learned) so our problems were a piece of cake.  He set up our wireless network and connected our flat panel tv to the network so we could also use the flat panel and our computer together.  Very professional and knowledgeable.  This was a small job for him, but he treated us with the same priority and importance as some of the larger corporations he works with.  My husband  is going to hire him for Information Technology work at his place of business. His business has 150 laptops in use and a lot of server problems.  After talking with Ray, we know he can handle it.  He has been successful in his technology career working on large scale systems.
