they never called me to let me know the status other than the first time. they mentioned that it could be an issue with the cylinder head, but I did not fond out until they were about to put it in. when I asked point blank, if it was still the low estimate, they said yes. they did not try to resurface the head, they just ordered a new one without my knowledge. I had them stop work and got estimates from other shops including the dealer. their cost wad almost 3 times what the dealer estimated! then when I came to take my car to another shop, they still tried to cheat me with labor costs... finally got that resolved, but when I took it to the other shop I found that they dismantled way more than they should have, now costing me more to put it back together.
