They arrived on time and quickly completed the job. The men were courteous and very professional.

The owner is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Good people to work with.

Everything was removed from garage. TV removed from second floor bedroom. Everything went quickly and very well. Would use again. Recommended them to a neighbor who also used them.

They had a sense for how traumatizing this was for both my brother who was there and my sister and me and so even though their job was to take everything out of the house, every now and then when they found something that they thought maybe we might want they stop what they were doing seek one of out and say I know we're supposed to take everything out, did you want this to go out or is this something you would like to keep. Sometimes we said yes, sometimes we had said no but the fact that  they had the courtesy to do that was beyond amazing. It was very considerate.

I thought their price was amazingly fair. And then everything else is A for all the reasons that I told you. I felt like we were partners with them in doing this.

I don't know if I used them. The men that came out to look at the items we needed removed were not very professional at all. When we called the main number, I'm guessing an owner or whatever,  was very defensive about it. The guys did not come in a shirt that had the name on it and did not appear professional. The owner was not very responsive at all to the concerns. It was a free quote.

It was great. They were right on time. They went to work right away and they were finished within about 45 minutes. I was impressed.

I sent an email via Angie's list after reading the great reviews for this company. I received a reply the same day. I had asked for a price and price was given. I then contacted my trash collectors to make sure they didn't pick up old tvs. I contacted Junk King to set up an appointment. I was told they could come today because they were close to where I live. I indicated that would be fine. I was to expect the men around two o'clock. However, when they were only about thirty minutes away they called to say they would be coming. I would have preferred about one hour notice because I had to get dress. All went well and I was glad to have the old televisions removed. I would use this company again and now add them to my list of companies and contractors to call when I need something done. Thanks Junk King!!!

I I called yesterday and was wondering if I could schedule an appointment in the near future. The owner said "How about today?" He checked where one of his crews were. They then called me and said they would be there in 30 min. They were! They gave me a quote. I said ok. Then they started lifting, running, and breaking furniture down.It was all over in under an hour. Then they gave me a price that was a little lower than the quote. Very nice men,professional. Use them!!!!

This is the first time in my life that I had service people call and ask if they could come earlier than the time that was given to me. Can you imagine service people arriving early! The workmen were professional got to work right away and in no time my pile was gone. The workmen also had a sense of humor and it was pleasant hearing them laugh and joke with each other while working. Plan to use them again and would definitely recommend them.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY. This is the second time I used them and I would definately recommend them in the future. This latest  time I called the SAME DAY after two other junk removal services weren't able to complete the job. The gentlemen that arrived were professional and friendly. They also removed ALL OF THE JUNK in less than a half hour. I purchased an Angie's list deal, and had to pay a bit more but any other company would have charged 800 for all the things I had removed. I highly recommend this company.

The trash was buried in weeds, and the did a good job getting all of it.
