"The $250 maintenance fee is for the silicone roof, not the asphalt shingles. Integrity Exteriors does not provide the Atlas warranty, they are two separate warranties. Integrity Exteriors does not provide a warranty through the shingle manufacturer. This is not something Integrity Exteriors can control. As for the, "Bait and Switch" the client did not even read the contract. If she did, she would have saw that the first proposal was for terracotta to asphalt. The client was unable to she wanted terracotta replaced with terracotta. This is misunderstanding was ultimately the reason she started screaming at me first time. If she would have read the contract, she would not have felt like there was a bait and switch. I"
