+ -1 moreI had spoken to him before we left and told him about a loose bannister on my deck. Before we left the house he wanted to be paid for the work, I paid him for the services. When I came back he was already gone and did not do the rail on the deck even though I paid him. I have tried to call him multiple times to get to come back out to finish the work and he won't return the calls. I paid $130 for just the shutters which I find to be outrageous! I thought that price included everything.
Description of Work: He hung one half of a shutter on one window and reinforced another shutter on the other side of my house.
